Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. guarantees the quality, completeness and accuracy of information provided in the web page www.yalosyiannoulis-shop.gr, regarding both the specific data displayed and the services provided by the e-shop, without prejudice to any technical or typing errors that may not be anticipated or have arisen by mistake or even to interruption of the web page operation due to force majeure. The personal data stated by users/members at any part of the Web page www.yalosyiannoulis-shop.gr, are exclusively destined to ensure the operation of services provided and the legality of relevant transactions and may not be used by any third party, without observance of the provisions of GDPR (EU) 2016/679, of the national legislation and the relevant instruments of the Personal Data Protection Authority, of law 3471/2006 and of ePrivacy directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC) as they apply at date regarding protection of personal data processing. Two codes are used for your identification: your log-in code (e-mail or username) and the Personal Secret Safety Code (Password). The observance of confidentiality is evident. The same basic principles that govern conventional transactions apply in the case of Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. as well. All information provided by users/members to Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. are confidential and Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. has taken all necessary measures so that such information is only used to the extent deemed necessary by Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. EXCEPTION PROCESS – USERS’ RIGHTS 
Users may recall their consent to the collection of data already gathered, by sending an e-mail message to art@yalosyiannoulis.gr or at 28310.55801(ext. 2) daily from 09:00 to 15:00. The recall of consent does not affect the legality of the users’ personal data processing that has already taken place by Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. 
The collection of data by the application may be ended by uninstalling the application. Users must follow the process required by the device, the operation system, the e-shop or the network provider.
In addition, users may be exempted from the data collection process by third party cookies through Network Advertising Initiative and from the data collection process of Google Cookies by amending their personal settings in the Google's Ads Settings.

3.  USERS LIABILITY

4. CONDITIONAL COLLECTION AND TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA
It is possible for us to work with statistics companies (web/ mobile app statistics) who help us understand how the web page is used, and register statistics such as frequency and duration of visits to the webpage. We also work with marketing agencies and third-party marketing networks, which must know how users interact with the web page www.yalosyiannoulis-shop.gr.
