Changes
If you wish to change a product, you may do so within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any change requires evidence of the purchase receipt along with the product. Products must be returned intact, without damage, in their package and can only be exchanged with products of equal or higher value.
Returned products are shipped via courier of the Hellenic Post and all customers assume all shipment costs.

Defective Products
In case of defective products, contact us on the same, and no later than the following day of delivery, on condition that you have the purchase receipt for the product, in order to replace the defective product immediately. 
Products may only be replaced if the defects are not due to misuse by consumers.
In case of return of a defective product, all shipment costs are assumed by our company.
If such return does not take place within 15 working days, then our company may not accept any return for replacement or annulment of transaction.
Note that, for the verification of timely shipment of a defective product, the date stated by the courier officer on the delivery receipt shall be taken into account.

Annulment of order
If an electronic order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you may contact us within 24 hours to annul your order.
