Upon confirmation of the order, customers shall be informed via e-mail at the electronic address provided while ordering their products.
Products are shipped to the address indicated by customers in their order, accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice. An exception is provided for in case customers indicate a delivery address other than the address for the purchase receipt, e.g. when ordering a gift.
Customers are responsible for the correctness of provided shipping and delivery details of the order. In case of mistake in the provision of the relevant receiver’s contact details, Yalos Yiannoulis C&I S.A. may not be held liable for non-delivery. Our e-shop www.yalosyiannoulis-shop.gr works with a courier service to ensure safe and expeditious shipment of products. All costs burden customers who shall be informed of the exact cost of shipment before submission of their final order. Our courier service partner carries out deliveries on working days, Monday to Friday.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address.
All products are shipped in 1-4 working days from the date of your order. Please note that shipment may take longer due to high-traffic or adverse weather conditions or Force Majeur. Our company makes all reasonable efforts to ship products to customers within the time stated. However, in case of delay due to any reason, it is acknowledged that Yalos Yiannoulis may not be held liable for delays in delivery that are beyond its control.
If an order includes products with varying delivery times, the delivery time given for the whole order is based on the longest estimated delivery time. However, the company also has the right to separate shipments. In such case, it shall send a relevant e-email to the customers, who may waive from the whole or part of the order.
Even though we have taken all due care to inform our customers regarding any on-availability of products, it is possible for unexpected non-availability to arise due to increased demand for a product or to unexpected factors such as damage in equipment / facilities that may eventually delay production. In such case, the company shall again do any reasonable endeavor to contact customers, in view of informing them and further arrange new delivery or shipment of a different item or annulment of order free of charge for both parties and interest-free return of any money paid within reasonable time.
